Mr. Hailong Sun is an experienced technical and operations professional with over 25 years of expertise in technical management, operational leadership, quality assurance, and strategic planning. He holds a Diploma in Automobile Inspection and Maintenance from Changchun Technical University of Automobile. His extensive experience in technical operations, team management, process improvement, and business development supports NextXpert Academy’s operational foundation. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Radio Technology from Hangzhou Dianzi University and has held senior leadership positions in telecommunications and technology organizations. His expertise in product development, project management, business strategy, and technology solutions supports NextXpert Academy’s digital transformation. As CTO, Mr. Fu leads technology strategy, scalable learning solutions, data security, and the integration of emerging technologies into the academy’s educational platform.

Mr. Zhinan Zhou is a finance and business management professional with expertise in financial management, risk control, strategic planning, logistics, and customer relationship management. He holds a Master of Science in Management in International Finance from the University of Glasgow and a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Beijing Normal University–Hong Kong Baptist University United International College. His experience in financial services, risk management, business operations, and strategic planning supports NextXpert Academy’s financial stability and growth. As CFO, Mr. Zhou oversees financial strategy, budgeting, risk management, and financial planning.
